Task Domains will be testing other Escrow Services to offer their customers options as far as Escrow! Task Domains doesn’t want to limit itself, and thereby limit the customer! For instance, all California customers are limited to Escrow.com. Neither party can take advantage of Moniker Escrow services if he operates outside of California – this would limit Task Domains customers!

Those are the words of TradeMarketable’s client about Moniker’s Escrow on TradeMarketable’s first sale, test running Moniker Escrow! Once the transaction initiated [my end], it took 25 minutes for Moniker Escrow to push the domain, and transfer funds. Navin in Moniker Escrow held my hand on the phone through to the receipt of contracts by email; in the mean time, the client was on board to respond to Moniker’s emails, until we both had contracts in hand. After printing, signing, scanning, and emailing them back to escrow@Moniker.com, it took a couple hours to process. The entire transaction took approximately 3 1/2 hours. “Painless” is right!

“Wir laden sie ein ihre hochwertigen waren auf dieser english sprachigen website in den USA vorzustellen!” – Blurb in portfolio listing on MissDomain
Thought I would revert to my 2nd language to post on a Swiss website! We’ll see what happens. It is a fantastic portfolio, a subset of Fashion, linked to above:
gloveset.com, gloveset.net, gloveset.org
glovesset.com, glovesset.net, glovesset.org
pairgloves.com, pairgloves.net, pairgloves.org
pairsocks.com, pairsocks.net, pairsocks.org
sockset.com, sockset.net, sockset.org
socksset.com, socksset.net, socksset.org
18 domains that comprise a comprehensive category of socks and gloves, for only EU 3700 – that translates to about $5000.00, or 65% of the Estibot estimate for all the above! What do you think? Feedback . . .

To keep TradeMarketable.com from being spidered, there is a robots.txt file on the directory. Task Domains is a portal for TradeMarketable.com. You can view the initial offering of domains there, a handful of different categories for under $1000.00, and the mini portfolio for $30,000.
The robots file reads:
# go away
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
This will prevent domains which point to the dedicated IP of TradeMarketable from being penalized by search engines. Search engines prohibit more than one domain to point to one IP address. It’s for protection of the indexibility of the domains; it comes from a good place. What are your thoughts?

Update February 5th, 2010: Dismissed with prejudice – yay! ![]()
My adversary and I were very civil and confirmed respect for one another in the hall before the hearing – made me feel better! The judge was to mail the decision, so now I know!
Previous: Tomorrow I go to court to address a small claim:
LA Superior Court Civil Cases Summary
09S02195
Compton Courthouse
It’s a personal suit from the first officer, or former first officer, of a company Louise Marketing sued and won last year in small claims. The judge said, “It’s like playing Wack-a-Mole” as regards his showing up to court, because he claimed to have been terminated by the company he represented, whom my company, Louise Marketing sued, and he didn’t show up a couple times, but then he showed up again.
The gentleman said he was going to “get a decision” against me – “it’s like toilet paper.” Maybe tomorrow he’ll have his day.

Introducing Task Domains – domains that get the task done! This is a blog about my journey. It’s time to let it all hang out. I’m a newbie when it comes to domaining. It’s a side business. It’s scary: I spent money I didn’t have to create a portfolio.
Feel free to post advice and suggestions! Thanx!
